It's been quite a while since I posted a blog. Thanks so much to all who commented on my last post, especially all your sweet remarks about our son returning from Iraq.
My boss will become a Grandfather soon, so I'm making a baby quilt out of some 3o's charm squares. I'll finish quilting and binding it this weekend so I can take it to work on Monday.
I bought this little wire basket at a garage sale and wasn't sure what it was used for. I found these ceramic eggs at an antique shop & thought they would look cute in the basket!
Thanks for visiting!

ReplyDeleteYou can't go wrong with those fabrics for a baby quilt. The basket does look like it was supposed to have eggs in it. So glad your son is safe home with his family.
ReplyDeleteSomeone is going to be VERY HAPPY with this lovely gift. You are very sweet to create it.
ReplyDeleteTY SON for protecting us. Have a lovely weekend ... TTFN ~Marydon
